These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the AED 1,000 Website Package offer ("Offer") provided by Al Wafaa Group ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a digital agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By enquiring about, purchasing, or otherwise engaging with this Offer, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a payment.

This is a limited-time promotional offer. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Al Wafaa Group and the Client under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2.1 What's Included
Al Wafaa Group offers a complete business website development service for a one-time fixed fee of AED 1,000. The package includes:

2.3 Eligibility
This Offer is available exclusively to businesses registered or operating within the United Arab Emirates. Al Wafaa Group reserves the right to verify business credentials and decline any application at its sole discretion.
Section 03
💳 Payment Terms
3.1 Full Advance Payment Required

100% Payment in Advance — No Exceptions
The full package fee of AED 1,000 is due in advance before any work commences. No work will be initiated, and no slots will be reserved, until full payment is received and confirmed by Al Wafaa Group.
Payment is accepted via the following methods:
- Online payment link (Stripe / PayTabs — credit or debit card)
- Bank transfer to Al Wafaa Group's official UAE bank account
- Any other method explicitly communicated by Al Wafaa Group
3.2 Payment Confirmation
A payment confirmation receipt will be sent to the Client via WhatsApp and/or email within 24 hours of successful payment. The project timeline commences only upon receipt of this confirmation.
3.3 Taxes
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. If applicable under UAE law, VAT will be charged in addition to the stated package fee at the prevailing rate.

🤖 AI-Assisted Website Development
4.1 Use of AI Tools — Disclosure

Websites developed under this Offer are built using a combination of AI-assisted design and development tools alongside our professional team's expertise. By purchasing this package, the Client acknowledges and accepts that AI technologies are used in the creation of the website.
The use of AI tools enables Al Wafaa Group to deliver high-quality websites at the promotional price of AED 1,000. All final output is reviewed, customised, and quality-checked by our team before delivery.
4.2 AI Limitations
While we strive to deliver professional results, the Client understands that AI-assisted development may have limitations with highly bespoke or complex customisations. Requests falling outside the scope of AI-assisted development will be quoted separately as additional services.

🎨 Design Approval & Revisions Policy
5.1 Design Finalisation — Design Lock Policy

Once Approved — No Further Changes
Once a design has been reviewed and approved by the Client, no further design changes will be accepted under this package. The approved design is considered final and binding.
5.2 Approval Process

Al Wafaa Group presents the initial website design preview to the Client via a shared link.

The Client reviews the design and provides feedback within 5 business days.

Al Wafaa Group implements one (1) round of revisions based on the Client's consolidated feedback.

The Client provides final approval in writing (WhatsApp or email).

Design is locked — no further changes under this package.
5.3 What the Revision Round Covers
The included revision covers minor adjustments: text changes, colour tweaks, image swaps, and layout adjustments within the existing design. It does not include:
- Complete redesign or change of concept after initial preview
- Addition of new pages beyond the agreed scope
- New features or functionality not in the original brief
- Structural or navigation changes after approval
5.4 Additional Changes After Approval
Any revision requests beyond the included round, or changes after design approval, will be quoted and charged separately at Al Wafaa Group's standard rates.
Section 06
📝 Client Responsibilities & Content
6.1 Content You Must Provide
The Client is responsible for providing all website content including:
- Business name, logo (high-resolution), and brand colours
- Written content / copy for all requested pages
- Images, photos, and visual assets
- Contact details, address, phone number, and email
- Information about products or services
All content must be provided within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Delays in content submission will result in corresponding project delays — Al Wafaa Group bears no responsibility for such delays.
6.2 Content Ownership
The Client confirms they own or have the legal right to use all content provided. Al Wafaa Group accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from Client-supplied content.
6.3 Project Delay or Abandonment
If the Client fails to provide required content, feedback, or approvals within 30 days of the initial payment, Al Wafaa Group reserves the right to archive the project. Reactivation may be subject to an additional administrative fee.
Section 07
☁️ Hosting & Domain Name Terms
7.1 What's Complimentary — Year One
The package includes one (1) year of free web hosting and one (1) free domain name registration, commencing from the website go-live date.
7.2 Renewal Charges After Year One

Renewal Fees Apply After Year 1
After the first year, both the domain name and web hosting will be subject to annual renewal fees at Al Wafaa Group's prevailing rates. Clients will be notified at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Indicative renewal rates (subject to change):
- Domain name renewal: AED 100 – AED 300 per year (depending on extension)
- Web hosting renewal: Depending on storage and bandwidth
Al Wafaa Group will not be liable for any losses resulting from the Client's failure to renew services. Website downtime, domain expiry, or data loss due to non-renewal is the Client's responsibility.
7.3 Hosting Fair Use
Hosting under this package is for standard business website use only. It does not include high-traffic e-commerce, video streaming, or resource-intensive applications. Al Wafaa Group reserves the right to upgrade the Client to a paid plan if usage exceeds fair use thresholds.
7.4 Domain Ownership
The domain registered under this package will be in the Client's name. Al Wafaa Group holds no ownership over the domain and will transfer full control to the Client upon request after project completion.

➕ Additional Features & Customisation
8.1 What Is Not Included (Chargeable Separately)
The AED 1,000 package is a fixed-scope offering. Any work not listed under Section 2.1 is out of scope and will be charged additionally. Examples include:
- E-commerce functionality (shopping cart, payment gateway)
- Online booking or appointment scheduling systems
- Custom web applications or database integration
- Pages beyond ten (10)
- Third-party API integrations (CRM, ERP, payment systems)
- Multilingual website development (Arabic, Malayalam, etc.)
- Advanced animations or custom interactive components
- Logo design, branding, or graphic design services
- Content writing or copywriting services
- WhatsApp chatbot or AI chatbot integration
- Ongoing website maintenance or support after delivery
8.2 Quotation for Additional Work
All additional work will be quoted separately and must be approved in writing by the Client before commencement. Additional work is subject to Al Wafaa Group's standard service agreement and payment terms.
Section 09
🚀 Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery timeline for the completed website is 6 to 8 business days, subject to:
- Full payment being received and confirmed
- All required content being provided by the Client in full
- Timely feedback and approvals from the Client
Al Wafaa Group will make reasonable efforts to deliver within this timeline but does not guarantee a fixed delivery date. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide content or approvals will not constitute a breach of these Terms by Al Wafaa Group.

💰 Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments made towards the AED 1,000 Website Package are strictly non-refundable. By completing the payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.
10.1 Why No Refunds?

Work commences immediately upon payment confirmation, incurring labour and resource costs.

Domain name registration fees are non-recoverable once processed.

Hosting infrastructure is provisioned upon payment confirmation.

AI and development licences are utilised immediately upon project initiation.
10.2 Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in these exceptional circumstances:
- Al Wafaa Group is unable to deliver any website within 60 days of receiving all required content, and the delay is solely attributable to Al Wafaa Group.
- A duplicate payment has been made in error (verified by payment records).
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@alwafaagroup.com within 7 days of the triggering event. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
10.3 Cancellation
If the Client cancels after payment and before the website preview is delivered, Al Wafaa Group may — at its sole discretion — offer a partial credit (not a cash refund) towards future services. No cancellation right exists once the design preview has been shared.

©️ Intellectual Property
11.1 Client Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the completed website, the Client owns the final website content and design as delivered. Al Wafaa Group grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered website.
11.2 Al Wafaa Group Portfolio Rights
Al Wafaa Group reserves the right to showcase the completed website in its portfolio, marketing materials, and social media channels unless the Client expressly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project completion.
11.3 Third-Party Components
The website may incorporate third-party themes, plugins, stock images, or open-source components. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable third-party licences.
Section 12
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Al Wafaa Group's total liability to the Client shall not exceed AED 1,000 — the total amount paid for the package.
Al Wafaa Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

- Communication records (WhatsApp, email, phone)
13.2 How We Use Your Data
- To process your order and deliver the website package
- To communicate about your project and send updates
- To send invoices, receipts, and renewal reminders
- To send promotional offers (with your consent — opt out anytime)
- To comply with UAE legal and regulatory obligations
13.3 Data Sharing
Al Wafaa Group does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayTabs) solely for transaction processing
- Cloud hosting providers (AWS) for website deployment
- Internal team members who need access to deliver your project
- Legal authorities if required by UAE law
13.4 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by UAE law — a minimum of 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.
13.5 Your Rights

13.6 Security
Al Wafaa Group implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
13.7 Cookies

📜 General Terms
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days before referring to the Dubai Courts.
15. Force Majeure
Al Wafaa Group shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
16. Amendments to These Terms
Al Wafaa Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any written project brief or quotation issued by Al Wafaa Group, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under UAE law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
No failure or delay by Al Wafaa Group in exercising any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
